When you first begin, keep an open mind. The choices out there can seem endless, but by narrowing down the style, theme and colour palette it gets easier.

WORK OUT AN ACTION PLAN 

  • Meet on site. Address current bathroom flaws and problems.

  • Discuss what your ultimate bathroom will look like and provide you with possible solutions. 

  • Work out the size and scope of your bathroom renovation.  What you can afford, who will be using it, and what your needs might be.

  • Discuss floor plan, layouts, styles and any structural changes needed/desired. 

  • Talk about start dates and time lines for the project. 

  • Discuss your budget and the best way to source fixtures and fittings for your bathroom according to your budget.

Do the existing plumbing locations work for you or not?
Do I want more storage space? 

How do you feel about the shower size and functionality?

CONFIRMATION OF DETAILS

  • Provide a quote for your new bathroom. 

  • Make sure all fitting and fixtures are chosen/ordered and you are 100% happy.

  • Have a clear floor plan, with the location and type of fixtures and fittings to be installed.

  • Signed contract with costings - deposit paid.

  • QBCC Home warranties Insurance paid for and Start date set.

RENOVATION BEGINS

  • Once all fixtures and fittings have arrived. Preparation of home protection and dust reduction systems installed.

  • Skip bins or en-suites ordered and on site ready for use.  

  • Demo work, structural changes, plumbing and electrical rough in take place.

  • Reline walls, ceilings and floors where required, flush all joints

  • Waterproof floor, screed, waterproofing entire bathroom. 

  • Floor and wall tiling, grout and silicone.

  • Painting 

  • 2nd fix fit off, vanities, toilets, shower screens, mirrors, towel rails, etc. 

  • Final Clean and handover.

  • Once completed we like to stay in touch and check in. With a 3 month follow up call, followed by an inspection after 12 months.
